they've taken their toll, these latter days...
Please read the whole thing:
Cry like a mother who is delirious after her blue day of manipulating tiny arms to stop hitting, and then they smear the TV with an egg. Drool is like the sea and next you would like to sleep, but an elaborately repulsive scream shakes you and a symphony of a thousand tongues urge you, the goddess, to run, but for love you live in this heaven of frantic togetherness.
--Kristen Slaughter.
My fantastic sister Kristen wrote that a few years ago, with every word being subject to availability on our fridge--yes, that was a magnet poem. It stayed on our refrigerator much longer than anything has ever stayed IN it. But alas, it has finally disappeared, and replaced by much simpler phrases and sentences. But it will forever live on in our hearts. :)
I miss you, Kris. :)
In other news, I'm getting alot more into Indie music. Eisley, Patty Griffin, Tegan & Sarah, and now, The Ditty Bops. They make beautiful music. I looked them up on Pandora. But I still like a good amount of rock music. Nathan says I'm becoming a fan of something called "Nu-metal" because I like Disturbed. Whatever.
So long! *mwa*

don't listen to what Nate calls you, just 'casue you like Disturbed doesn't mean you are a stereotype........refer to yourself as eclectic!

Forgot what an amazing genius of a "word-meister" I am. Or not. Thanks for the props, and I miss you too Miss Ditty-Bop (sounds like sticky candy). See you in a month -- Liam is crazy-excited to meet you (as long as you promise not to sing Eisley around him).
Your sis officially makes me sick :P
