where was i before the day that i first saw your lovely face? now i see it everyday
I should really update this more often.
I really love beautiful music. More than I love hard rock at the moment. It's just more pleasant to listen to.
Speaking of hard rock, Break Forth a New Day had a gig at Northwest Church of Christ last night for a Brasil mission trip fundraiser. They played with two other Christian rock bands, Years After Jerico and Just 3 Words. It was so much fun! All three of them were great. I love almost all of Break Forth's stuff, but my favorite is definitely Emptiness, followed up by Sore and Why?
I'm currently failing chemistry. I'm pretty bummed about that. But honestly, when am I ever going to use chemistry after I finish this course? Aubrey told me not to worry about it too much, because she failed after being tutored personally by the class valedictorian, and she turned out fine.
I'm currently on a mission to see all of Christian Bale's movies. My list of accomplishments so far is: Newsies, Little Women, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Reign of Fire, The Prestige, Equilibrium, Pocahontas, and Batman Begins. Next up should be Swing Kids. That looks really good. Then 3:10 to Yuma.
I just watched Equilibrium two nights ago. It was a really weird movie. As Nate said, once you get past the fact that it is extremely implausible, it was excellent. Probably the most well choreographed fight scenes I've seen in a movie.
I'm going to see the Symphony play along to Wizard of Oz next Sunday! I'm so excited, you have no idea.
I'm really excited that cooler weather is coming soon. It makes me really happy.
My cats are doing really well. Here are pictures from when I first got them--I don't have any recent pictures.

Elphias (Archimedes' new name)
Melchizedek
They like the bookshelf
They also really love fighting with inanimate objects
So that's my life right now. If I think of something else, I'll let you know.
Love always!

I see one pair that I recognize"
