words are flowing out like endless rain into a paper cup
Today was the HOPE picnic. Usually we have it at OP Schnabel, but this year we did it at the Sabos' pool. It was tons of fun.

Why do babies always fall asleep on me? It's a gift and a curse....

I'm always tired. Want to know why? I study every night until 1 in the morning for the next day's classes. Yes, the joys of French, freshman comp, algebra, anatomy&phisiology, great books 3, history and piano. All of that means that I have no life. Except church. Which I love. The good news is that I got a 95 on my a&p test, a 96 on my oral French test, and a 94.5 on my written French test. I get my grade on my narrative essay for comp tomorrow. We'll see.

My new hero - Gianna Jessen. You try surviving an abortion.

Pawpop's 85th birthday was yesterday! Dad was telling me about what they were going to do and how his siblings were going to surprise him, and I said, "Dad, you HAVE to go!" So, after some more persuasion from Mom, he went. I'm glad.

I love Sarah Palin. She would be a good vice president. She also gave all of her kids really great names. (That's not why I love her). We need someone like Sarah Palin to help run our country.

I'm also getting quite fond of John McCain.

Interning at Castle Hills is great. Penny Pitamber is one of the greatest people you'll ever meet. She just knows things...she knows me better than I know myself. Lots of people do, but mostly her.

My new piano lessons are also going very well. I'm playing a Prelude by Rocherolle and Rhapsody on the Theme of Pagini by Rachmaninoff. Both challenging, but hey, that's what I got myself into when I finally listened to God and got serious about piano. Now look at me. I teach piano, and I play for my church, which are both such wonderful responsibilities/blessings. That might not be what I do forever, but for now, I'm happy doing what I do, why I do it.

I posted lots of new up and coming movie trailers on my sidebar...go watch them! I'm super excited. Especially about The Soloist and Australia. Beautiful.

Penny Lane is my favorite Beatles song. It's their pinkest song.

I'm currently compiling two lists: best love story movies (no, Love Story will not be on it) and best song lyrics. I need Nathan's help. He needs to come home.

That's all.

  • If we shadows have offended, Think but this, and all is mended, That you have but slumber’d here While these visions did appear. And this weak and idle theme, No more yielding but a dream, Gentles, do not reprehend: if you pardon, we will mend: And, as I am an honest Puck, If we have unearned luck Now to ’scape the serpent’s tongue, We will make amends ere long; Else the Puck a liar call; So, good night unto you all. Give me your hands, if we be friends, And Robin shall restore amends.
