age to age, and heart to heart
Well this past week has been a bumpy ride. Monday started daily rehearsals...it went...not so well. Tuesday was a little better...ish. Wednesday, we were almost performance ready. It was amazing how well we pulled together. It seems like every time we do One, we get better and better.

Then after being there late into Wednesday night, we left, woke up 8 hours later to go BACK for morning class on Thursday. It was actually the funnest morning class EVER! There was just 9 or 10 of us...everyone else decided to sleep in and come in the afternoon. So we did cartwheels and worked on acrobatics for Seize the Day, and then taught One to Haidyn and Ryan. It was alot of fun. Afternoon class was kind of boring. There's something very strange going on in CSDC right now. It doesn't all fit together. It needs to be dealt with soon. *shakes head* we really do need a t-shirt that says "Keep the drama onstage."

So now we have 2 days of rest before our second week of daily rehearsals.

*EDIT: oh, I almost forgot: YAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!

Until next time,

Sassie

  • If we shadows have offended, Think but this, and all is mended, That you have but slumber’d here While these visions did appear. And this weak and idle theme, No more yielding but a dream, Gentles, do not reprehend: if you pardon, we will mend: And, as I am an honest Puck, If we have unearned luck Now to ’scape the serpent’s tongue, We will make amends ere long; Else the Puck a liar call; So, good night unto you all. Give me your hands, if we be friends, And Robin shall restore amends.

  • Say what you mean, mean what you say
    Why?
I think a face is dawning
it's so wonderful as memories continue to grow int...
once a day don't you wanna throw the towel in?
so I lay my head back down
    Ignorance is bliss--cherish it
and just to clear the air...
wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles...
say it if it's worth savin' me
send out the call and join the fray
